Even though the packaging is wrinkled, the massager works. My son has a decent weight, and the massage is more comfortable for him. I weigh 70 kg, my neck isn't particularly thin or thick, honestly, the massage isn't always comfortable; I lower it a bit below my neck, otherwise it feels like it's suffocating :), it hurts for the child too, but for the older one it's a delight. The product matches the description, bought as a gift; this is the second massager of this type. The first one that came from Poland was damaged and was returned, unfortunately the return process through UPS was not satisfactory, taking over a week for the courier to pick it up. This thing is amazing. I am an esthetician and i've had neck problems and my face muscles on my neck and my face, we're really tight from getting older and since i've used this, i've noticed my wrinkles are gone and i don't have any more forehead wrinkles as well, just by using this on the back of my neck, i've had a plate put in my neck so my neck muscles were really tight.
